Looking up our products is easy and simple. There are four different ways you can find products on our website and in our catalog.
- The item can be searched by name. For example: "Swooper Flag".
- The item can be searched by SKU number. For Example: "FL102".
- The item can be searched by a direct link. For Example: "https://www.gppinc.com/catalog/category/view/s/swooper-flags/id/124/"
- The item can be found in our catalog. For Example: "Page 40-41, 2021-22 GPP Catalog"

To place an order,
- If you are new to GPP, your first step will be making an account. On the top right corner of everypage on on the website you can find clickable text option to "CREATE AN ACCOUNT"
- Search for your item using any of the methods indicated above in the "How do I find a product" section.
- Choose your quantity and add those items to your shopping cart by using the blue "ADD TO CART" button. you can change the quantity anytime later in your cart and the new pricing will automatically be calculated for each individual product. Be sure to double check your quantities.
- In the shopping cart iems can be saved, cleared, or checked out using the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
- You can view you cart at anytime by clicking on the BLUE CART icon visible on the top right corner of the every page.
Once you have checked out an order confirmation will be emailed to you, and at the time of shipment, you will receive your final invoice via e-mail that will detail your final cost, including quantity discounts and shipping costs.
Because of their complexity many of our custom product orders that are placed on the website will require detailed information about the colors and layout.
For custom orders, a proof will be sent to you for approval before production can begin.

If you have a Promo Code to use on your order, enter the code during the checkout process in the section indicated below the items list.
Only one Promo Code may be used per order.
Yes! Many products have quantity price breaks, be sure to take advantage of these great quantity savings.
The discount will be applied in your cart.
All orders are shipped by UPS. Stock orders received by 5:00 p.m. EST will be shipped that same day. Average ground shipping time is one(1) to six(6) business days, depending on your location (see map below). Overnight, two-day and three-day delivery services are also available at an additional expense.
Custom products and certain oversized or heavy products will reflect a $0.00 shipping charge at checkout. Shipping charges for these products must be quoted and will not be immediately available. You may proceed through checkout and our Customer Service team will calculate the shipping charges before the order is finalized.
Items temporarily out of stock, drop shipped or certain other products may be shipped separately.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments
You may also choose Purchase Order if you have an established account with Gallagher Promotional Products. For this option, you must enter a PO number for billing purposes.

After checkout, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Gallagher Promotional Products warrants that flag products, including poles and brackets, are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 45 days from the date of shipment. If any product fails to conform to this warranty within the warranty period, we shall, at our discretion, upon receipt and verification of written request by the consumer, replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover defects or product failure caused by inclement weather, high winds, improper installation, overloading, accidental misuse, neglect, alteration or modification by the consumer.
Prices shown are subject to change and we reserve the right to correct errors or omissions.
State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Please notify GPP immediately of any change or cancellation to your order. If the order has already been shipped and is in transit, you may be responsible for shipping cost and restock fees.
Certain products are covered by manufacturer's warranties and subject to their terms. No other warranties are expressed or implied. We make no representation or warranties as to legal effect or consequences of any of the forms we sell.
