Product Search 
Products are grouped by category (i.e. Flags, Apparel, Custom, etc.). These product categories can be found on the left side of each page. 
A Search function is available on each page which allows you to enter a keyword or item #. For best results, search by a single keyword or number. Search results will provide links to all products that match your search criteria. 
Please note that not all products that may appear in our catalog can be found in our Online Store. If you are unable to locate a product, please e-mail us at info@gppinc.com, call toll free 1-800-367-8458 or fax 1-800-752-3290 for more information.

Specials 
Our latest specials are featured on the Home Page. Click on the Closeouts link found within the Products section on each page for those products soon to be discontinued. Remember to check back as these specials will often change!

Placing an Order
To place an order, indicate the quantity and add those items to your shopping cart by using the Buy button. Once in your cart, if you wish to increase or decrease the quantities, enter the amount and use the calculator icon to recalculate your order for each individual product. Please note the package Qty listed within the product description/pricing line. Your order should reflect the number of packages, of that quantity, you wish to purchase.

Once a product is added to the shopping cart, you are able to save cart items, clear your cart, or go to checkout. At any time, you may check the contents of your shopping cart and current sub-total by clicking on the cart icon found in the upper right corner of each page.


If you are a new customer you will be asked to create an account during the checkout process. Once you have checked out a
n order confirmation will be emailed to you, and at the time of shipment, you will receive your final invoice via e-mail that will detail your final cost, including quantity discounts and shipping costs.

Due to their complexity, all custom product orders that are placed on the website will require detailed information about the colors and layout. A proof will be sent to you for approval before production can begin. For assistance with custom products please call our Customer Service Team at 800.367.8458.


Coupon Code 
If you have a coupon code to use on your order, enter the code during the checkout process in the section indicated. Only one coupon code may be used per order.


Quantity Discounts 
Many products have quantity price breaks, to see quantity discounts please create a new account or sign in. The discount will be applied in your cart. 


Shipping
All orders are shipped by UPS.  Stock orders received by 5:00 p.m. EST will be shipped that same day. Average ground shipping time is one to six business days, depending on your location (see map below). Overnight, two-day and three-day delivery services are also available at an additional expense.

Items temporarily out of stock, drop shipped or certain other products may be shipped separately.

Free Shipping Offer Restrictions: 

A minimum purchase amount may be required per offer. Shipping via UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states only. Maximum shipping discount of $50.00.

State sales tax will be applied to all orders.

Methods of Payment
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. You may also choose Purchase Order if you have an established account with Gallagher Promotional Products. For this option, you must enter a PO number for billing purposes. If you wish to establish an account, please e-mail us at info@gppinc.com, call toll-free 1-800-367-8458 or fax 1-800-752-3290 and request a credit application.


Order Confirmation

Upon completing the check out process and placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. At time of shipment, you will receive your final invoice via e-mail that will detail your final cost, including quantity discounts and shipping costs.

Pricing: 
Prices shown are subject to change and we reserve the right to correct errors or omissions. 

Sales Tax: 
State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. 

Changes/Cancellations: 
Please notify GPP immediately of any change or cancellation to your order. If the order has already been shipped and is in transit, you may be responsible for shipping cost and restock fees.
 
Return Policy:
 Please examine your shipment promptly upon arrival. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in resaleable condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Damaged or defective products may be returned for a full refund. Damaged or defective products may be returned for a full refund. If the product received is damaged or defective, please keep all packing materials and shipping label, and contact GPP immediately to file a claim. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Warranties: 
Certain products are covered by manufacturer's warranties and subject to their terms. No other warranties are expressed or implied. We make no representation or warranties as to legal effect or consequences of any of the forms we sell. 

Flag Warranty: 
Gallagher Promotional Products warrants that flag products, including poles and brackets, are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 45 days from the date of shipment. If any product fails to conform to this warranty within the warranty period, we shall, at our discretion, upon receipt and verification of written request by the consumer, replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover defects or product failure caused by inclement weather, high winds, improper installation, overloading, accidental misuse, neglect, alteration or modification by the consumer. 

Trademarks: 
Certain names and logos on products are registered trademarks of specific manufacturers and are used under license. Any resale, use or other distribution of these trademarks to anyone other than authorized motor vehicle dealers is a trademark infringement.
