Ordering Information/Terms and Conditions of Sale

Payment: Open account to franchised new car dealers (some restrictions may apply). Orders may be prepaid with a check or money order and will be shipped once the funds are available. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Pricing: Prices shown are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to correct errors or omissions.

Sales Tax: State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Customers in all other states are responsible for all local, state, and federal, fees and taxes as required by law.

Returned Checks: A $25 service fee will be incurred for any check not honored by your bank.

Cancellations or Changes: Please notify GPP immediately of any change or cancellation to your order. If the order has already been shipped and is in transit, you may be responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees. For custom products, the customer is responsible to pay for any and all costs incurred by the production facility up to notice of cancellation or changes. This may include artwork, setup charges, and the full cost of screens, dies, molds, and plates. The minimum cancellation fee will be $25 once production, including artwork, has commenced and any notice of cancellation must be done in writing.

Claims and Returns: All shipments should be thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If a problem exists, you must contact GPP immediately. Products in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase (a 15% restocking fee will apply). Damaged or defective products may be returned for a full refund. If the product received is damaged or defective, please keep all packing materials and shipping labels, and contact GPP immediately to file a claim. All returns require prior approval from GPP. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returns of custom imprinted products due to errors that are not the responsibility of GPP or the manufacturer will not be allowed.

Claims of Infringement: The purchaser will indemnify the seller and hold the seller harmless from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, and expenses, including (without limitation) claims of infringement of patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights, invasion of privacy, or any other matter, arising from the use of any picture, plate, advertising copy, specifications, or material furnished to the seller by the purchaser or prepared by the seller at the purchaser’s request including reasonable attorney’s fees with court costs.
